Electronic Reserve materials in
Blackboard (under Course Documents)
The Library will scan reserve materials and make them available under
the Course Documents section of a Blackboard course.
(Faculty also may continue to use the Library's traditional reserve services
for printed books, personal copies, photocopies.)
Tell the reserve staff assisting you if you are using BLACKBOARD
and want us to link e-reserves
as "Course Documents." If so, we recommend that you choose "Secure" status
for "Course Documents" in the "Course Options" link on the Control Panel.
Then only your enrolled students will have access.
Librarians will also provide additional support for Blackboard courses,
such as links to key databases, tutorials on particular research tasks,
or course guides that list major reference tools and primary source
collections. Contact your Library Liaison
if you would like to
discuss any additional service or support that the Library could
provide.
